We are looking for an experienced Network Operations Manager to lead and manage the day-to-day delivery of enterprise network and infrastructure operations across our customer environments.

Main responsibilities:
- Lead the day-to-day operation and management of enterprise Network Infrastructure and Managed Services environments.
- Manage and provide leadership to Network Operations, NOC and Network Engineering teams, ensuring appropriate technical coverage and operational support.
- Manage operations across technologies including LAN/WAN, Routing & Switching, SD-WAN, Data Centre Networks, Wireless, Firewalls, VPN, Internet, Cloud Connectivity and Network Security.
- Lead Major Incident Management, coordinating technical teams, customers, vendors and other stakeholders during critical network outages and service disruptions.
- Provide governance and oversight for Change Management, including planned maintenance, network upgrades, configuration changes and production implementation activities.
- Coordinate with OEMs and technology partners including Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Networks, Aruba, F5 and other infrastructure vendors for technical support and escalation.
- Conduct regular service reviews covering incidents, problems, changes, availability, capacity, SLA performance and operational risks.
- Participate in technical and operational reviews and drive lessons learned into continuous improvement initiatives.
Key requirements
- 12+ years of overall IT experience, with at least 5+ years in Network Operations, NOC, Managed Services or Network Service Management leadership roles.
- Strong technical understanding of enterprise networking technologies including Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, SD-WAN, Wireless and Data Centre Networking.
- Strong understanding of ITIL Service Management practices, particularly Incident, Major Incident, Problem, Change, Availability and Capacity Management.
- Strong understanding of SLAs, KPIs, service reporting and operational governance.
- Ability to manage multiple operational priorities within a fast-paced Systems Integration and Managed Services environment.
